Description

  • Own programs end-to-end, including resource planning, roadmap execution, and accountability for company goals.
  • Partner with engineering teams to execute solutions and adapt plans as priorities change.
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Develop schedules, milestones, and execution plans to keep programs on track.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate requirements, goals, and milestones across teams.
  • Work closely with engineering on architectural decisions, interface definition, and complex technical problem-solving.
  • Support product transitions from prototype to manufacturing, including NPI and design-for-manufacturing considerations.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, product, and AI/ML teams to deliver integrated systems.
  • Drive measurable outcomes and manage critical path dependencies against roadmap goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Physics required.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or engineering management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in both hardware and software.
  • Experience managing complete hardware and software product lifecycles from concept through deployment and scaled production.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical decisions and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success transitioning products from prototype to manufacturing, including DFM/DFA considerations.
  • Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, product, software, and AI/ML teams.
  • Experience supporting system integration and scaling hardware/software platforms.
  • Ability to align product and engineering teams and execute in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
  • Preferred: experience in robotics.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering.
