Description

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple digital development teams and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support focus, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead complex digital projects from initiation through delivery while managing scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Guide teams in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile practices and adapt delivery methods to team needs.
  • Define and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and capacity schedules while identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee release coordination across multiple platforms and maintain QA and performance standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, including requirements gathering, design reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • Collaborate with analytics, QA, and technical teams to validate outcomes and measure success against KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting in collaboration tools for leadership and client visibility.
  • Manage third-party vendors and partners while ensuring quality standards, contractual adherence, and smooth integration into delivery efforts.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience leading complex, end-to-end digital programs in an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment.
  • Prior experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Lead supporting digital initiatives.
  • Must be able to work Pacific Time (PT) hours, typically 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
  • Strong foundation in digital project management, including ownership of timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Agile or Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PMI-ACP is a plus.
  • Experience using GitHub to support delivery workflows, including repositories and pull requests.
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Notion, Smartsheet, and Google Suite; hands-on Jira board management is preferred.
  • Experience managing headless or composable platforms across eCommerce, CMS, loyalty, and personalization systems such as CommerceTools, Contentful, Talon.One, Auth0, and Segment.
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners, including scope, budgets, and SLAs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills with director, VP, and C-suite audiences.
  • Technically fluent with topics including AI, analytics, cloud architecture, and platform integrations.
  • Experience tracking and reporting KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
