Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and keep deliverables aligned with business goals, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Translate client goals into actionable marketing objectives, roadmaps, and measurable deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, strategists, designers, and QA to deliver integrated MarTech programs.
  • Manage multiple project workstreams, including scope, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and status tracking.
  • Coordinate resourcing and team allocation to ensure work is assigned based on availability, skillset, and priority.
  • Identify delivery risks, roadblocks, and budget concerns, and drive resolution plans proactively.
  • Monitor account health and ensure work stays within scope and delivery expectations.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to improve campaign performance through testing, insights, and optimization.
  • Manage complex engagements such as CDP implementations, mobile SDK setups, and MarTech data architecture projects.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Technical Consulting teams to scope technical work, coordinate implementation, and communicate progress clearly to clients.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in client management, account management, or project management within a marketing, agency, or digital environment.
  • Experience managing client accounts or programs with multi-channel or complex marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with CDP or data integration tools such as Segment, Hightouch, or mParticle.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Ability to manage technically complex projects involving MarTech implementations, integrations, or data architecture work.
  • Comfort having technical conversations with engineers and Solutions Architects and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or Trello.
  • Superior written communication, strong organization, and excellent email etiquette.
  • Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
