Description

  • Act as the senior delivery point of contact for client stakeholders at the account and escalation level.
  • Manage client expectations by aligning sold scope, approved scope, and delivered work.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and translate delivery performance into business impact.
  • Run NPS cycles and turn client feedback into actionable improvement plans.
  • Lead scope change and change order negotiations while protecting margin integrity.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for the Account Leadership Team and resolve blockers beyond project manager authority.
  • Oversee delivery performance, risk management, capacity, and workload balance across squads.
  • Own new client onboarding into the Managed Services model and establish operating rhythms from day one.
  • Maintain squad-level P&L visibility, including hours, utilization, revenue recognition, and margin.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support forecasting, headcount planning, and renewal conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery within a technical or service desk environment.
  • Experience managing other project managers and teams of 6–15 individual contributors across multiple concurrent client-facing projects.
  • Experience in a consulting, agency, or client-services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to make and execute tactical plans for a team or multiple workstreams.
  • Track record of leading and coaching others through management, feedback, and development.
  • Beginning participation in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Ability to gain cooperation from peers and cross-functional partners such as Project Management, Client Services, and People Ops.
  • Comfort presenting initiatives to senior leadership and building support across multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, agile delivery, and common enterprise platforms.
  • GCP familiarity is preferred, along with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and speak credibly with engineers and designers at all levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Project Management and Product Management methodologies, including discovery, roadmapping, and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with Experience Design deliverables such as research, UX, visual design, and design systems.
  • Awareness of AI-assisted development and design workflows is a meaningful asset.
  • High-empathy leadership with the ability to coach, give constructive feedback, and support development.
  • Hands-on experience managing resource allocation or casting across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to interpret utilization and capacity data and make near-term recommendations.
  • Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable building lightweight rituals and tools that improve visibility and delivery quality.
