Description

  • Execute multi-organization projects and ensure milestones, metrics, and final deliverables are completed successfully.
  • Drive business-critical engineering programs from concept through execution.
  • Manage complex releases and coordinate dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer, and Product teams.
  • Engage customers regularly to understand pain points and identify new project opportunities.
  • Communicate customer use cases and workflow gaps to internal teams.
  • Evaluate project timelines with customers and adjust resource needs based on requirements and feedback.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager role at a fast-paced software company.
  • Strong experience managing complex releases with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with commercially available tools such as JIRA.
  • A thoughtful, efficient approach with a strong ownership mindset and willingness to do any task needed to get the job done.
  • Knowledge of both software and hardware aspects of software development (preferred).
  • Experience managing a team of engineers in a leadership role (preferred).
  • Experience serving as the sole TPM for a VC-backed software startup (preferred).
  • Experience in a customer-centric software environment (preferred).

  • Base salary of $115,000 to $222,000 USD annually.
