Description

  • Define project milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for customer projects.
  • Act as the single point of contact for executing projects and tracking progress to completion.
  • Evaluate project timing with customers and adjust resource needs based on requirements and feedback.
  • Continuously engage customers to identify pain points and opportunities for additional project work.
  • Coordinate release plans for software and hardware components with engineering teams.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams on customer use cases, workflows, and unmet needs.
  • Serve as a key customer contact to understand requirements and communicate project status.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to facilitate communication and align technical roadmaps.
  • Ensure technical alignment between customer needs and solutions, including integration and validation support.
  • Drive cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making to resolve project issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry knowledge in vehicle software development and production processes.
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
  • Prior experience delivering complex OEM projects at an OEM or Automotive Tier 1.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Willingness to travel abroad to support project needs, up to 10%.
  • Familiarity with Applied Intuition’s product portfolio and target verticals (preferred).
  • Knowledge of both software and hardware aspects of software development and testing, such as high-performance computing and real-time test systems (preferred).
  • Experience managing a team of engineers in a leadership role (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $242,000 USD annually.
