Description

  • Own design for product initiatives across the Core and Growth teams from problem framing through release and post-release iteration.
  • Design and improve core product experiences such as review management, automation, and AI features.
  • Improve activation, onboarding, and billing flows to reduce friction and increase time-to-value and conversion.
  • Drive adoption and evolution of the design system by building components, refining patterns, and increasing consistency.
  • Create AI-based design workflows that reduce manual work and shorten the path from idea to production.
  • Partner closely with PMs, EMs, engineers, and QA to keep design aligned through discovery, handoff, implementation, and iteration.
  • Support growth experiments by mapping funnels, identifying drop-offs, and proposing improvements.
  • Use customer feedback, product analytics, session reviews, competitor research, and business context to validate opportunities and decisions.
  • Produce clear, async-friendly handoff materials such as Loom videos, Jira specs, Figma annotations, and prototypes.
  • Contribute to cross-team collaboration and help strengthen team practices and the broader design function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design.
  • Portfolio showing shipped work and decision-making, preferably in B2B SaaS and complex web apps.
  • Proven experience improving a workflow or funnel with measurable impact such as activation, conversion, adoption, task success, or time-to-value.
  • Experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven interfaces such as tables, filters, role-based experiences, multi-step flows, and interconnected entities.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems, including building and scaling components and patterns and driving adoption consistency.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including variables, components, modes, prototyping, and Figma Make.
  • Strong product thinking with UX decisions grounded in product strategy and business value.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering, including clear communication and proactive alignment.
  • Upper-intermediate spoken and written English for day-to-day work.
  • Europe-friendly time zones preferred; must be based outside EU/US-sanctioned countries.
  • Preferred experience in design teams that use AI as a core part of their workflows.
  • Preferred experience designing customer feedback management, support, analytics, or other operational B2B tools.
  • Preferred confidence working with product analytics to explore funnels, investigate user behavior, and support design decisions.
  • Preferred advanced use of AI assistants for research and faster delivery.
