Description

  • Create performance-driven ad visuals, including static graphics and resized asset packages, based on briefs from marketing managers.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Generative Fill to support visual research and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Brainstorm and contribute original visual ideas and hooks with the team.
  • Research trends and competitor creatives to identify new angles and improve visual standards.

Requirements

  • Up to 6 months of hands-on design experience or completed structured graphic design courses, with a portfolio or sample works.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Confidence using or following AI tools for daily creative tasks.
  • Proactive, energetic, and open-minded approach to work and idea generation.
  • Interest in or experience with RnD or marketing performance design is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of performance ad creatives, including hooks, calls to action, and audience attention, is a plus.
