Description

  • Develop the commercial strategy and pre-launch plan for the lead atopic dermatitis asset.
  • Oversee execution of the five-year U.S. commercialization roadmap across operations, marketing, market access, and sales.
  • Partner on the design and implementation of the commercial operating model, including processes, systems, capabilities, and organizational structure.
  • Work with Marketing and Market Access to assess pre- and post-launch support needs and incorporate them into go-to-market planning.
  • Represent Commercial on cross-functional program teams with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure commercial input is integrated early.
  • Build and run a commercial competitive intelligence process to track market changes, competitive dynamics, asset positioning, and target product profiles.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Leadership on strategic commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Support planning for commercialization across a diversified pipeline with multiple development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MD, PhD, or another relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Approximately 10+ years of industry experience.
  • 5+ years of strategic consulting experience or strategy experience at a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Broad experience across commercial roles and functions, including at least one role with primary responsibility for commercial strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of shaping and executing commercial strategies in rapidly evolving biotech organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including building data-driven analyses and executive-ready presentation decks.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively through virtual meetings and tools.

  • Up to 20% travel required, including mandatory in-person attendance at All Hands meetings approximately twice per year.
