Description

  • Maintain and communicate current clinical operations program status and issues.
  • Identify resource constraints, risks, and conflicts that could affect delivery against plan.
  • Provide project management support for one or more clinical programs by building and maintaining clinical study plans with external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional program management to integrate clinical operations activities into overall program plans and keep deliverables on track.
  • Create project planning guidelines and playbooks for use across projects.
  • Establish and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Document, standardize, and publish department processes and procedures while identifying operating efficiencies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for project updates, process improvements, and business initiatives.
  • Participate in work order and change order negotiation, review, and approval.
  • Submit purchase orders in NetSuite and review and approve vendor revenue recognition, accruals, and invoices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science.
  • 10+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3+ years of clinical operations experience.
  • Experience working with clinical-stage candidates across all phases of clinical development, including PhI to PhIII.
  • Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Confident and proactive working style.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and keep pace with a fast-moving organization.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% for company All Hands Meetings.

  • Anticipated salary range of $145,000 to $160,000.
