Description

  • Source and recruit high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form platforms.
  • Build and maintain a structured creator database with tagging for niche, tone, persona, performance metrics, and repeatability.
  • Differentiate between one-off viral creators and scalable creator talent, and develop repeatable onboarding systems.
  • Translate performance insights into creative briefs, hook patterns, and structured testing frameworks.
  • Work with performance analysts to run creative experiments, identify winning angles, and increase iteration velocity.
  • Research, test, and deploy AI avatar and synthetic creator tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, and Runway.
  • Design hybrid workflows that combine human creators with AI-generated scripts, edits, bodies, or voice cloning.
  • Ensure creative production does not bottleneck performance by setting SLAs, timelines, and supply processes for UGC.
  • Monitor creative fatigue, saturation, scaling thresholds, and downstream quality impact from creative changes.
  • Ensure creator claims, brand safety, and AI-generated content comply with platform policies and vertical-specific rules.

Requirements

  • Experience managing creators, UGC campaigns, or performance creative at scale.
  • Strong familiarity with short-form platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Demonstrable experience working with performance teams.
  • Active experimentation with AI avatar and synthetic video tools.
  • Experience in subscription apps or performance-led environments is a strong plus.
  • Deep pattern recognition in short-form content.
  • Data-curious mindset with a strong focus on what converts.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and experimenting frequently.
  • Systems thinker who can build repeatable processes.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear communicator who can bridge creative and performance teams.
  • Willingness to work in a UK timezone.
  • Not emotionally attached to “human-only” or “AI-only” approaches.
