Description

  • Support ad account builds and updates across platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Prepare launch assets by resizing creatives and organising files.
  • Ensure campaigns follow required naming conventions and account structures.
  • Assist with setting up ads, ad sets, and campaigns accurately and consistently.
  • Quality-check builds before launch, including links, formats, destinations, tracking, and event setup.
  • Act as a second set of eyes to catch mistakes before campaigns go live.
  • Support reporting preparation by pulling data, checking consistency, and organising inputs.
  • Maintain internal documentation, trackers, shared folders, and workflows so they stay clean and up to date.
  • Assist with research tasks for creative and growth strategy.
  • Help maintain internal tools and systems such as Asana and Notion.

Requirements

  • No prior experience in growth, marketing, paid media, or agencies is required.
  • Evidence that you can start projects, figure things out, and finish them independently.
  • Strong learning speed and follow-through.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Comfort working with tools, structure, and process once the purpose is clear.
  • Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Evidence of hustle through side projects, self-directed learning, communities, initiatives, or similar independent work.
  • A background in analytical, technical, or data-adjacent study is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a UK timezone.
  • Entry-level candidate with an interest in progressing into performance, growth, or operations roles over time.
