Description

Manage and expand relationships with dealership partners across an assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to improve retention and revenue growth.
Analyze dealership performance data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
Present APCO/GWC products and value propositions aligned to dealer needs.
Negotiate contract renewals and terms to retain and expand business.
Build relationships with key dealership leadership decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high service levels and partner satisfaction.
Travel regularly within the region to meet with dealership partners.

Requirements

5+ years of outside sales experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in consultative, relationship-based sales or account management.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and F&I products.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in F&I management, dealership leadership, or performance consulting (preferred).
Knowledge of reinsurance, retro programs, and back-end dealership operations (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience analyzing business performance data and developing strategic plans (preferred).
