Description

  • Investigate and resolve data quality issues through hands-on analysis.
  • Execute data quality controls, review processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Test automated and AI-assisted workflows to improve data operations efficiency and scalability.
  • Track and report data quality metrics, trends, and operational health.
  • Identify recurring issues, data risks, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow queues to resolve high-impact issues efficiently.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document internal data standards and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on internal tools and data workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using automation and AI-assisted tools in daily workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, automated workflows, or human-in-the-loop review systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with data collection and processing pipelines preferred.
  • Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or PropTech preferred.
  • Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
