Description

  • Execute flight operations, field maintenance, customer field support, and training in support of military operations.
  • Deploy Anduril products to austere locations and work alongside customers for extended periods.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field environments.
  • Communicate field issue status and operational updates to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events, deployments, and demonstrations.
  • Support high availability and performance of aerial systems in the field.
  • Maintain support plans for hardware and software systems.
  • Assist with event planning and resource allocation for Technical Operations needs.
  • Perform root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews for field air systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical field operations, deployment execution, or similar hands-on operational roles.
  • Proven ability to master a technical system and support it in austere environments.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex issues at the intersection of hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and train peers or customers.
  • Proven capability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Experience performing data-driven root cause analysis and troubleshooting on complex systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally, including austere field environments.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to work with energetics material (warheads).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain 14 CFR Part 107, 14 CFR 61 Ground School, and an FAA Class II Medical.
  • Ability to meet health and medical requirements for deployments under DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and regional or supporting force requirements.
  • Ability to relocate to Atlanta, GA if not already local.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix OS and command-line data extraction tools (preferred).
  • Experience with work order management systems such as JIRA, Foundry, or Odoo and configuration control processes (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of networking, antenna concepts, and spectrum analysis (preferred).
  • Experience developing operational and logistics plans for moving people and equipment over long distances (preferred).
  • Prior military or overseas contracting experience (preferred).
