Description

  • Design and deliver an Internal Mobility Program that reduces referral spend, improves internal talent utilization, enhances career pathing, and increases candidate quality.
  • Lead the full lifecycle management of the career landing page revamp and ongoing optimization, including project planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Own strategic mapping, analysis, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end candidate journey across digital and human touchpoints.
  • Identify and resolve friction points in the candidate experience, including tools and resource development.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Communications to translate brand strategy into employer brand messaging and candidate-facing narratives.
  • Work closely with the Talent Enablement Program Manager to align external candidate experience initiatives with recruiter and hiring manager enablement efforts.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics and ROI for talent experience programs, including internal fill rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on candidate and employee experience best practices and integrate innovative solutions into programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management within Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field.
  • Specific experience with candidate and employee experience and internal mobility.
  • Proven ability to design, launch, and scale complex programs in a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure program impact.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse groups.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other TA technology platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure effectiveness and derive insights for improvement.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Preferred background in internal mobility, talent development, or career pathing programs.
  • Preferred experience managing referral programs or interviewer training initiatives.
  • Preferred background in UX/UI design principles for applicant-facing platforms.
  • Preferred experience working in a low-hierarchy, high-autonomy environment.
