Description

  • Integrate systems security engineering processes to prevent, mitigate, and recover from advanced cyberattacks.
  • Lead system security architecture development and derive, decompose, and flow down security requirements for Anduril products.
  • Design system and solution features with engineering teams to meet security goals.
  • Advise software, RF, and electrical engineering teams on architectures, features, and implementations.
  • Identify and prioritize mission-based cyber risks and translate threat landscapes into engineering decisions.
  • Develop, document, orchestrate, and execute security tests, demonstrations, evaluations, and assessments, including customer-led events.
  • Develop, guide, and monitor technical documentation covering trade studies, designs, analyses, and security results.
  • Support larger engineering work products and major milestone reviews such as SRR, SVR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and PRR.
  • Own security aspects of product development, production, and sustainment across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in Systems Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record across the Systems Security Engineering domain, including embedded Program Protection Implementation Plans, Software Security, and Anti-Tamper Engineering.
  • Experience executing the Anti-Tamper process and authoring associated documentation.
  • Direct experience developing cyber documentation such as Cybersecurity Strategy, Cyber Survivability Endorsement artifacts, and RMF assessment and authorization artifacts.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management for embedded weapon systems.
  • Experience with Systems Security Engineering, reverse engineering, or embedded security on DoD programs.
  • Strong understanding of the rationale behind product, systems, and security design decisions.
  • Ability to brief and interact regularly with a technically oriented government customer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance with SAP eligibility, with the ability to maintain it.
  • Experience with FPGA security, micro-electronics security validation, and hardware-based security solutions (preferred).
  • Experience securing autonomous platforms, unmanned systems, embedded weapon systems, secure communications, or intelligence collection platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with Group 3+ Unmanned Aircraft Systems or military aviation platforms, including fighters and tactical aircraft with integrated weapons systems (preferred).
  • Expertise in TEMPEST requirements and Anti-Tamper methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience developing cryptographic solutions, including HSM integration, PKI, over-the-air key distribution, COMSEC/TRANSEC, and key lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Experience with embedded security architectures such as Commercial Secure Boot, FPGA bitstream protection, root-of-trust implementations, and secure processing elements (preferred).
  • Experience with No Magic CAMEO, DoD security testing, and embedded Linux (preferred).
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance (preferred).
