Description

  • Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to improve build and test processes and reduce deployment friction.
  • Work with tactical software developers to identify process gaps and architect durable solutions.
  • Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks to provision and configure development, test, and production environments.
  • Automate security compliance workflows, including scanning, vulnerability assessment, configuration validation, and reporting.
  • Develop containerization and orchestration solutions tailored for classified networks.
  • Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
  • Partner with system administrators and ISSM/ISSO personnel to ensure systems meet customer security requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting with Python and Bash.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining systems in classified DoD or IC environments (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ATO processes, STIG implementation, and continuous monitoring for accredited systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python package development (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SCAP-compliant scanning tools such as OpenSCAP, Nessus, or ACAS (preferred).
  • Experience with secure software supply chain practices, artifact signing, and SBOMs (preferred).
  • Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and microsegmentation in Kubernetes environments (preferred).
  • Experience with GitOps workflows and declarative infrastructure management (preferred).
  • Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, the ELK stack, or Splunk (preferred).
  • Understanding of PKI, certificate management, and secrets management solutions such as Vault or AWS Secrets Manager (preferred).
  • Experience with air-gapped or disconnected network deployments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with DoD security frameworks such as RMF, NIST 800-53, and DISA STIGs (preferred).
  • Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or AWS/Azure security certifications (preferred).
  • Transcripts may be requested early in the application process; unofficial transcripts are acceptable, and non-technical information may be redacted.
