Description

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain tooling that improves engineering velocity and product quality.
  • Identify pain points in the development experience and infrastructure and proactively propose improvements.
  • Work across front-end, back-end, build, and CI/CD systems to deliver solutions.
  • Develop foundational web frameworks and shared components for Lattice OS web applications.
  • Support and mentor engineers on best practices and effective use of internal tools.
  • Optimize communication with back-end services to support web application performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience building production web applications in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with modern backend programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Golang.
  • Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, automated testing, and related technical tools.
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, and RxJS is relevant to the role.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Preferred: experience maintaining continuous integration systems, especially CircleCI.
  • Preferred: experience working in monorepos with modern build systems such as Bazel, Buck, or Nx.
  • Preferred: experience or interest in Go and in gRPC/protobuf or similar technologies.
