Description

  • Lead and coordinate executive protection operations, including advance work, route planning, and on-site security management.
  • Develop operational plans for executive travel and events, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Use OSINT tools to conduct risk assessments and integrate findings into protection plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate security efforts.
  • Provide hands-on close protection and secure transportation when needed.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for the executive protection program.
  • Train and mentor team members on executive protection best practices and company-specific protocols.
  • Manage and maintain protective equipment and vehicles.
  • Prepare after-action reports and support continuous program improvement.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, industry best practices, and new technologies in executive protection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in security operations or executive protection, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing operational plans and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in OSINT techniques and tools.
  • Strong understanding of physical security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.
  • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally, with up to 50% travel required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Must hold a valid U.S. passport.
  • Military or law enforcement background preferred.
  • Advanced training and certifications in executive protection preferred.
  • Experience supporting tech or defense industry clients preferred.
  • Advanced first aid and defensive driving certifications preferred.
