Description

  • Maintain and support Anduril's AV infrastructure to keep conferencing systems operational and users trained.
  • Oversee AV hardware across conference rooms, all-hands spaces, and training rooms.
  • Keep AV systems updated with current operating systems, software, and applications during business hours.
  • Provide specialized support for AV events ranging from podcasts to large-scale conferences.
  • Design and install AV systems using a standard design concept across multiple workspaces.
  • Assist with AV planning and implementation for new offices, production floors, warehouses, and other spaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and service interruptions in meeting spaces.
  • Support end-users with AV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to vendors or internal teams as needed.
  • Travel as required for new office setups and remote AV needs, including up to 30% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AV system administration.
  • Familiarity with AV conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with AV editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, OBS, and Wirecast.
  • Knowledge of AV equipment including mixers, microphones, cameras, Crestron, and QSYS.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with physical low-voltage, AV, or other IT installations.
  • Experience managing contractors for events or construction projects.
  • Preferred: Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Preferred: Strong organizational skills for managing time, tasks, resources, and deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise or corporate AV management systems.
  • Preferred: Experience in live audio and video production.
