Description

  • Coordinate and execute facilities operations across multiple office, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from initial scope through completion across multiple sites.
  • Manage incoming facilities service requests, prioritize workstreams, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Create, track, and manage purchase orders for facilities supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs with internal engineers and external service providers.
  • Manage vendors for maintenance work, including SOW development, scheduling, oversight, service report review, and follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and oversee facilities equipment areas to support readiness and organization.
  • Support infrastructure needs such as equipment setup and facility improvements.
  • Assist with coordination and oversight of facility vehicles, including maintenance planning, inspections, and compliance.
  • Contribute to and help lead facilities initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience leading facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical training or hands-on experience in plant engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting vendor management and service contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple operational responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across technicians, engineers, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with fire life safety systems and building operations.
  • Understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
  • Flexibility to travel and support multiple locations as needed.
  • Ability to respond to facilities issues outside standard business hours when required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Experience with project management processes (preferred).
  • Experience overseeing shipping, receiving, and supply chain processes (preferred).
  • Experience supporting secure spaces (preferred).
  • Experience with AS9100 (preferred).
