Description

  • Partner with large U.S. banks and financial institutions to understand their needs and implement stablecoin solutions for treasury management, cross-border settlement, and client offerings.
  • Translate regulatory and technical requirements into deployable product solutions and partner-ready implementations.
  • Collaborate with exchanges, card networks, payment companies, foreign banks, asset managers, and other ecosystem partners to co-develop platform capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional processes across compliance, regulatory, finance, accounting, treasury, operations, audit, business development, and engineering.
  • Define and prioritize stablecoin product strategy, primitives, and roadmap across onboarding, mint/burn, controls, reporting/attestations, and integrations.
  • Scope complex problems and work with engineering to design foundational primitives for stablecoin use cases and tokenization.
  • Drive outcomes that increase issuance volume, expand the partner ecosystem, and reduce time-to-implement while maintaining strong controls.
  • Establish operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks that keep delivery moving without compromising compliance or auditability.
  • Influence senior bank executives and internal leaders by framing tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders, and clarifying execution priorities.

Requirements

  • Track record shipping complex fintech, payments, or banking products with meaningful partner and regulatory dependencies.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs in regulated environments, including risk, controls, audit, policy, and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level customers or partners and deep technical counterparts.
  • Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or institutional crypto infrastructure, preferred.
  • Experience building platform products and partner ecosystems, such as APIs, integrations, or co-development, preferred.
  • Prior work in or with federally regulated financial institutions and bank controls/governance, preferred.
  • Experience navigating OCC or banking-grade governance, auditability expectations, and risk management practices, preferred.
