Description

  • Design pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products.
  • Create interactive prototypes in Figma or similar tools to validate interaction models within the brand framework.
  • Lead the design of key marketing assets such as landing pages, email templates, brand websites, and campaign visuals.
  • Develop digital brand guidelines and help define a cohesive visual language across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the digital design system and UI component library.
  • Ensure design components are on-brand, accessible, and scalable for product and development teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to align design solutions with business and customer needs.
  • Support implementation handoff and review builds to ensure final product execution matches approved designs and brand standards.
  • Act as a brand consultant on digital design decisions across the organization.
  • Stay current on UI/UX trends, design technology, and cryptocurrency/blockchain design best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in web design and UI/UX.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
  • Experience designing for the technology industry.
  • Ability to own the design process and think holistically about user and business value.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to balance creative and strategic priorities across platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience leading in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working with marketing, development, and product teams.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
  • Preferred: knowledge of current design and cryptocurrency trends.
  • Preferred: animation skills.
  • Preferred: traits such as creative, humble, detail-oriented, self-aware, curious, thoughtful, and tenacious.
