Description

  • Own features end-to-end from shaping the idea through implementation, shipping, and iteration in production.
  • Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance across the full stack.
  • Improve code quality, performance, test infrastructure, and developer experience.
  • Review code across frontend and backend to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
  • Drive work independently and own increasingly complex systems and workflows.
  • Break down large projects into smaller tasks and estimate scope and timelines accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to shape solutions.
  • Participate in design and technical discussions and communicate trade-offs and recommendations.
  • Share knowledge across the team to avoid single points of failure.
  • Work across team boundaries to solve problems and build effective cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

  • Real-world experience building complex distributed systems and web applications from scratch.
  • Proficiency with Svelte/SvelteKit or similar JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with incomplete or rapidly evolving requirements.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ownership mentality and strong care for the quality and success of your work.
  • Genuine concern for code quality, test infrastructure, and end-user experience.
  • Production experience with web security is a plus.
  • Familiarity with common vesting models such as time-based, cliffs, and linear vesting is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with Web3 or crypto applications is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, systems, or philosophy is a plus.
  • Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
