Description

  • Write clean, well-tested code for custody platform features and bug fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming with senior engineers.
  • Deliver work iteratively while learning the codebase, domain, and team patterns.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and expand into larger areas of responsibility over time.
  • Support the full custody experience, including cash, coins, NFTs, staking, on-chain smart contracts, fiat transfers, and institutional platform solutions.
  • Communicate clearly in standups, pull requests, and team discussions.
  • Collaborate openly with teammates and exchange feedback constructively.
  • Share what you learn and build context across the team and company goals.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in building software for distributed systems at scale.
  • Ability and motivation to write quality code and strengthen engineering fundamentals.
  • Curiosity and willingness to dig into unfamiliar code and ask questions.
  • Preference for collaboration and team-oriented problem solving.
  • Humility, ambition, and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving industry.
  • Bonus: experience with applied cryptography.
  • Bonus: interest in blockchain protocol white papers and cryptoasset innovations.
  • Bonus: background in the finance industry.
  • Bonus: GraphQL API design and implementation experience.
  • Bonus: gRPC API design and implementation experience.
