Description

  • Support the Service Enablement lead in delivering cross-functional, large-scale change initiatives such as business line launches and legal entity stand-up.
  • Develop project plans, status reporting, process designs, testing plans, and procedure documentation for launch and scale efforts.
  • Partner with Sales, Trading, Onboarding, Client Experience, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, and Market Risk teams on program delivery.
  • Analyze legal, compliance, risk, finance, and operational requirements and incorporate them into strategic initiatives.
  • Define required staffing, process, and technical roadmaps to support business growth and sustainability.
  • Help mature and scale end-to-end processes for existing trading business lines within Anchorage Digital Prime.
  • Support the development of processes across internal teams for launching new global markets products.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams, escalating issues and proposing priorities when trade-offs arise.
  • Monitor launch readiness and ensure new launches meet audit, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Support exploration of new licensing needs such as CFTC swap dealer and FCM.

Requirements

  • Experience working in or alongside trading businesses, with an understanding of operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Great organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • A curious mindset that seeks to understand business goals, technical solutions, and broader cross-functional impacts.
  • Collaborative and understanding working style for partnering with teams of different backgrounds and priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility to identify risks and pivot when goals change.
  • Discipline around documentation and developing sustainable operating models.
  • Experience in project management, product management, or consulting (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate project status, roadblocks, impacts, and decision needs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how trading businesses operate across internal teams and control functions.
