Description

  • Drive new business sales across Anchorage Digital’s full product suite by originating and closing a pipeline of institutional opportunities (regulated custody, staking, brokerage, settlement, etc.).
  • Target and penetrate crypto-native client segments (protocols, VCs, buy-side firms) and other institutional client types to win mandates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients and industry peers to expand business and referral opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for your focus area, leveraging marketing, business operations, and client experience resources.
  • Lead client- or product-specific campaigns and projects that drive new business and enhance Anchorage’s service offering.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by participating in industry events and building a network of clients and peers.
  • Partner closely with Product to capture and relay client feedback and inform product roadmap and solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, client experience, and other teams to structure deals and deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Institutional sales experience within digital assets, financial services, and/or SaaS with a strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Direct crypto industry experience and a strong network of institutional clients and peers active in digital assets and/or fintech (required).
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital assets and how institutional products (custody, staking, brokerage, settlement) work.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and originate mandates across client types.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to clearly articulate Anchorage Digital’s value proposition to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, team-player mindset with experience working across legal, compliance, product, and client operations.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to design creative client solutions.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and operate remotely within the United States.
