Description

  • Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
  • Modify existing models as part of connected solutions, optimizations, or new functionality.
  • Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
  • Provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.
  • Develop model documentation.
  • Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
  • Participate in or lead UAT testing and deployment.
  • Apply the Anaplan Way in customer engagements and solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Sales Performance use cases.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with formal system implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deploy; Agile methodology preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, including inbound and outbound flows.
  • Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Finance, Workforce Planning, or Sales is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented, motivated self-starter with a collaborative, coaching-oriented approach.
