Description

  • Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for a mission-critical SaaS platform.
  • Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction.
  • Drive cost optimization and performance improvements across the platform.
  • Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and implement systemic improvements.
  • Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy.
  • Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability.
  • Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and security on platform decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Deep expertise in AWS and cloud architecture.
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code experience.
  • Proven ownership of complex production systems.
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms at scale (strong signal).
  • Experience with high-availability SaaS products (strong signal).
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 (strong signal).
  • Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering practices (strong signal).
