Description

  • Assist project teams by compiling and synthesizing information, including literature reviews and policy scans.
  • Support primary data collection activities such as interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Organize research materials and contribute to content development.
  • Collect, review, and organize research and evaluation data.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and help interpret and report findings.
  • Prepare documents, report sections, briefs, charts, and graphs summarizing research findings.
  • Support proposal writing and business development activities.
  • Support project management tasks, including developing timelines, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in the social sciences or related field.
  • Experience conducting qualitative data collection.
  • Experience using qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, or Dedoose.
  • Experience working in other countries.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and report writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration in a virtual work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in a language other than English.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
  • Employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.
  • May need to meet certain residency requirements depending on project work.
