Description

  • Lead the annual and multi-year business planning cycle, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational and financial targets.
  • Coordinate planning inputs from departments and campuses to ensure coherence and resource alignment.
  • Develop and maintain the organizational performance framework, planning calendar, dashboards, and management and board reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and other departments to align forecasts, enrollment targets, and investment plans with institutional priorities.
  • Build forward-looking models, business cases, and scenario analyses to guide decision-making and growth planning.
  • Lead periodic performance reviews with Finance and Data teams and consolidate insights across functions.
  • Drive process mapping and optimization across core business processes such as admissions, finance, and academic delivery.
  • Design and implement systems and metrics to measure process adherence, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Oversee improvement initiatives with function heads and the transformation office to support standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as custodian of the institutional risk register and lead quarterly risk reviews with executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in business performance management, strategic planning, operational excellence, financial planning and analysis, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading planning or performance cycles in complex, multi-unit organizations.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in dashboards and performance reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Suite, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, risk management, and data-driven decision support.
  • Exposure to risk management frameworks and organizational governance is preferred.
  • Experience in education, mission-driven, or growth-stage organizations is an advantage.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Systems thinking and structured problem solving are core competencies for this role.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including irregular hours, and travel regularly.
  • Comfort working remotely or relocating to support operations.
