Description

  • Teach an array of pre-designed modules across ALU degree programs.
  • Design new courses and syllabi in approved subject areas.
  • Deliver modules in short-term boot camps, medium-term workshops, or full-length courses.
  • Teach courses in online, asynchronous, synchronous, or hybrid formats.
  • Align course content with ALU degree programs and academic standards.
  • Participate in the Affiliate Faculty Pool as needed for rotating intake calendars and campus needs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD degree for standard faculty roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization for standard faculty roles.
  • Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, for Specialization Coaches.
  • Bachelor's degree for Foundations Coaches.
  • Signed resume submission is required.
  • Successful candidates must provide a notarized educational certificate.
  • Successful candidates contracted to Rwanda must provide an equivalency certificate if the degree was obtained outside Rwanda.
  • Successful candidates must provide a national ID within 3 days of the start date.
