Description

  • Review expert call transcripts for material nonpublic and confidential information in line with internal protocols, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Complete due diligence reviews for each call and document violations comprehensively.
  • Escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines when necessary.
  • Conduct advanced research using financial reports, regulatory filings, internal databases, and external resources to assess what information is in the public domain.
  • Manage internal and external communications in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as inputting, tracking, and maintaining accurate data on processes, transcripts, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support content generation while protecting clients from potentially sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in roles such as paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, BPO/editorial specialist, or similar is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Strong reading comprehension, proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay highly organized while working independently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial reports and regulatory filings is preferred.
