Description

  • Review expert call transcripts for material nonpublic and confidential information in line with internal protocols, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Complete due diligence reviews for each call and document violations comprehensively.
  • Escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines when necessary.
  • Research financial reports and regulatory filings using internal and external sources to determine whether information is already public.
  • Manage internal and external communications in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of processes, transcripts, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support 24x5 compliance review coverage across global time zones.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in roles such as paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, or BPO/editorial specialist is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Strong reading comprehension, proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay highly organized while working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
