Description

  • Architect and enforce security controls across AI/ML systems, including training, data pipelines, inference environments, and agentic workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, and model theft.
  • Implement model provenance, integrity, and auditability controls aligned with responsible AI practices.
  • Embed security, privacy, and compliance into application, cloud, software, and AI development lifecycles.
  • Define secure development standards, guidance, automation, and governance integrated into engineering workflows.
  • Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare customer-facing security questionnaires, whitepapers, and trust materials.
  • Represent product security in customer, leadership, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Mentor teams on secure coding, AI risk management, and secure design while promoting security awareness.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product, application, or cloud security engineering.
  • Deep understanding of secure SDLC, threat modeling, and secure architecture design.
  • Ability to read and review code for threat modeling and design reviews.
  • Experience securing AI/ML pipelines, data workflows, and model-serving infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of AI/LLM security, including prompt injection, model integrity, and provenance.
  • Experience with cloud security across multi-cloud environments and familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD.
  • Understanding of encryption, TLS/mTLS, key management, secrets handling, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and ABAC.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
  • Preferred: Python, Java, or JavaScript; Kubernetes security; software supply chain security; or bug bounty experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST AI RMF, and certifications such as CKS, CISSP, or CSSLP.
