Description

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for the GTM organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with budget holders to evaluate spend against targets and address resource allocation trade-offs.
  • Develop reporting on key business metrics such as bookings, efficiency, productivity, pipeline, and churn.
  • Prepare quarterly financial materials, including internal, Board, and investor reporting packages.
  • Provide strategic insights and business storytelling to support financial communications.
  • Support strategic investment decisions across the business through data-driven analysis.
  • Improve FP&A processes as the company works toward IPO readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics, including ARR components, CAC payback, NRR, GRR, productivity, and pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional business partnership experience and the ability to drive alignment.
  • Expert financial modeling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high level of ownership.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Workday, and Tableau is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base compensation of $142,000 to $195,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
