Description

  • Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue teams on enterprise account implementations.
  • Build and deliver customized education programs tailored to each account’s structure, use cases, and goals.
  • Advise enterprise clients on deployment strategy, adoption, change management, and API-based usage.
  • Define engagement scoping criteria, success standards, completion points, and operating boundaries.
  • Establish repeatable processes for involving Customer Education in enterprise engagements.
  • Develop, own, and refine program success metrics and attribution models.
  • Identify accounts with low platform usage and significant API footprints, then design programs to increase adoption and integration depth.
  • Adapt broader Customer Education templates and source-of-truth content for enterprise use cases.
  • Travel occasionally to support key accounts and kickoffs.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in customer education, professional services, implementation consulting, or a related enterprise-facing function.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales or Revenue teams during live account engagements.
  • Ability to understand APIs and other technical concepts and translate them into practical client guidance.
  • Experience building programs from ambiguity, defining success metrics, and iterating based on results.
  • Change-management expertise, including establishing new habits and workflows with account teams.
  • Strong consultative communication skills and ability to advise enterprise clients on deployment strategy and commercial impact.
  • Ability to define engagement boundaries and prevent open-ended account ownership.
  • Data-driven approach with experience designing attribution models and demonstrating program ROI.
