Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and support new business revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery with financial services clients to understand research workflows, pain points, and bespoke use cases.
  • Build and curate Financial Services use cases as AlphaSense’s capabilities evolve.
  • Run tailored demos, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call evaluations for prospects.
  • Engage investment professionals across seniority levels to build rapport and credibility throughout the sales cycle.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education.
  • Help define future use cases for key Financial Services personas, including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, or supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a high-growth fintech/SaaS firm in sales, client success, product, or a related client-facing or investment role within Financial Services.
  • Exposure to workflows in at least one of Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and its application in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in Financial Services.
  • Proven executive presence and strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to business-oriented audiences.
  • Comfort with conducting evaluations in formats such as on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Highly articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing communication style.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work autonomously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
