Description

  • Build and operate a centralized registry for AI agents, bots, MCP connectors, and AI-powered workflows across the enterprise.
  • Lead shadow AI detection and containment by identifying, classifying, and governing unauthorized AI deployments.
  • Enforce agent identity governance with least-privilege access, credential rotation, and lifecycle management for non-human identities.
  • Develop incident response playbooks for AI-agent-related security incidents and credential exposure scenarios.
  • Define deployment gates so AI agents cannot reach production without security review, risk classification, and registration.
  • Own the end-to-end AI governance program, including policy frameworks, risk tiers, impact assessments, and a cross-functional governance council.
  • Drive ISO 42001 certification by defining scope, building the AI management system, and leading the audit process.
  • Build and maintain an AI risk taxonomy aligned to regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Monitor emerging AI regulations and incorporate new compliance obligations into governance practices.
  • Establish AI-specific cyber risk quantification models for executive and board reporting.
  • Architect AI-powered security automation for alert triage, evidence collection, vendor questionnaires, and incident enrichment.
  • Build analytics pipelines and dashboards that turn security telemetry into risk signals, trend insights, and performance metrics.
  • Deploy and tune AI-driven detection capabilities such as behavioral anomaly detection, insider risk correlation, and automated threat hunting.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Security, Legal, Privacy, and Identity teams to embed governance and security controls into AI systems.
  • Build, mentor, and grow a team focused on AI governance and security automation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in security, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in AI/ML security, security automation, or security analytics.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures including LLMs, transformer models, fine-tuning pipelines, RAG systems, and embeddings.
  • Knowledge of AI attack surfaces such as prompt injection, training data poisoning, model extraction, and adversarial inputs.
  • Hands-on experience building or leading security automation programs such as SOAR playbooks, automated detection pipelines, evidence collection systems, or AI-driven alert triage.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act risk classification.
  • Experience with non-human identity governance, including service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, and agent credentials.
  • Experience integrating security tooling across cloud security stacks such as CSPM, EDR, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, and identity systems.
  • Experience with cyber risk quantification and translating technical risk into business and financial terms.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or BI tools to analyze security telemetry and build dashboards.
  • Experience leading or contributing to ISO 42001 certification, EU AI Act compliance programs, or formal AI risk management implementations (preferred).
  • Background in securing agentic AI systems, including agent registries, MCP security, tool-use governance, and runtime action attribution (preferred).
  • Experience with AI Security Posture Management or building AI asset inventories in enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with shadow AI discovery and containment using CASB/SWG-based detection, OAuth audits, and browser extension monitoring (preferred).
  • Experience deploying AI/ML within security workflows, such as NLP-driven log analysis, ML-based anomaly detection, or LLM-powered security automation (preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AI-specific credentials (preferred).
  • Contributions to AI security research, standards bodies, or industry publications (preferred).
  • Experience supporting IPO readiness, SOX, or investor due diligence from a security analytics and risk quantification perspective (preferred).
