Description

Serve as the first human review layer for expert call transcripts to identify material nonpublic and confidential information.
Review each call for compliance with internal protocols, applicable laws and regulations, and industry standards.
Document violations thoroughly and escalate non-compliance with sourcing guidelines when necessary.
Conduct research of financial reports and regulatory filings using internal and external resources to assess what information is publicly available.
Manage internal and external communications efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Perform administrative work such as inputting, tracking, and maintaining accurate data on processes, transcripts, and workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Support content generation while protecting clients from potentially sensitive information.

Requirements

Ability to work from 2pm-10pm Pacific Time.
1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance/financial/business analyst, or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong research and analysis skills are highly valued.
Acute attention to detail and strong reading comprehension.
Experience with proofreading, drafting, and investigative research.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay highly organized while working independently.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Benefits

Base salary range of $53,000-$57,000 USD.
Performance-based bonus eligibility.
