Description

  • Review expert call transcripts to identify material nonpublic and confidential information.
  • Complete due diligence reviews for each call and document any compliance violations.
  • Escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines when necessary.
  • Research financial reports and regulatory filings using internal databases and external resources to assess public availability of information.
  • Manage internal and external communications in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of processes, transcripts, and workflows.
  • Track and input data related to compliance reviews and administrative processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support content generation while ensuring adherence to internal protocols, laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Able to work from 2pm-10pm Pacific Time.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance analyst, financial analyst, business analyst, or similar preferred but not required.
  • Strong transferable skills such as research and analysis are highly valued.
  • Acute attention to detail and strong reading comprehension.
  • Experience with proofreading, drafting, and investigative or research work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay highly organized while working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience supporting compliance, legal, or financial review processes is a plus.
