Description

  • Review expert call transcripts to identify and resolve material nonpublic and confidential information issues under internal protocols, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Complete due diligence reviews for each call, document violations, and escalate non-compliance with sourcing guidelines when needed.
  • Research financial reports and regulatory filings using internal databases and external sources to assess whether information is already in the public domain.
  • Manage internal and external communications effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks related to processes, transcripts, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency in compliance review processes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in roles such as paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, or BPO/editorial specialist is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English fluency, including reading comprehension, proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience.
  • Acute attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay highly organized while working independently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance review, legal support, or research work is a plus.
