Description

  • Support the global sales process by completing client Due Diligence Questionnaires accurately and on time.
  • Review incoming DDQs and process them using standard operating procedures, templates, and the internal knowledge base.
  • Retrieve and apply pre-approved answers to client questionnaires and ensure responses align with company positions.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to draft, match, and assemble responses, then review output for accuracy.
  • Escalate questions without approved answers to the appropriate subject matter expert.
  • Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales to move client requests forward.
  • Protect confidential client and company information in line with data-handling and confidentiality policies.
  • Maintain trackers, records, and DDQ pipeline updates to monitor priorities and turnaround times.
  • Help maintain the source-of-truth answer repository by flagging outdated content and adding approved responses.
  • Manage access requests for the AlphaSense Trust Library through the documented process.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, customer support, compliance operations, or similar process-based role is helpful.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to compliance, privacy, information security, client due diligence, or DDQs is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications, coursework, or internships are viewed positively.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow templates closely and produce clear, professional, error-free responses.
  • Comfort working with software, internal knowledge bases, workflow tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Good judgment about when to answer from approved sources versus when to escalate.
