Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management.
  • Build and support REST/JSON and SOAP/XML integrations across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, vendors, and data environments.
  • Implement event-driven and messaging architectures, including queues, publish/subscribe patterns, error handling, and recovery.
  • Develop serverless applications and custom integration components in Python and/or C#.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Automate deployments with Git-based CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Create reusable integration frameworks, automated tests, and standardized components.
  • Apply security controls and ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, application owners, and business stakeholders on integration requirements and designs.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture reviews and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
  • Expert proficiency with Azure Integration Services, including Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, Event Grid, and API Management.
  • Strong Python and/or C# programming skills, plus working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs using JSON, XML, OpenAPI, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, KQL, integration troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
  • Familiarity with AWS integration services including Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and API Gateway.
  • Experience integrating with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
  • Understanding of cloud security, data governance, GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA; life sciences or healthcare experience is highly desirable.
