Description

Serve as the primary liaison across the project life cycle to manage client and sponsor expectations.
Plan and execute project meetings and provide regular project status and update reports.
Address and resolve project queries, issues, and changing client needs in a timely manner.
Support site and patient recruitment strategies and related materials.
Assist with the development of stakeholder training, project communications, regulatory submissions, and audits.
Manage project budgets, including reviewing and negotiating budget changes with sponsors.
Identify, assign, monitor, and prioritize interdisciplinary project tasks and team workloads.
Define resource needs, establish contingency plans, and help ensure projects are staffed appropriately.
Lead, motivate, coordinate, and mentor project team members as appropriate.
For Project Directors, oversee client relationships, project delivery standards, critical paths, and resource planning across multiple projects.

Requirements

Minimum of a college diploma or degree for Project Manager roles.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience for Project Manager roles, with substantial ongoing training.
People management experience is preferred for Project Manager candidates.
Significant and progressive experience managing global, multi-centre, investigator-initiated clinical trials is preferred for Project Manager candidates.
Minimum of seven years of related work experience for Project Director roles, with ongoing training.
Three-year college advanced diploma or degree in a relevant field for Project Director roles.
Preferred background in (Health) Sciences or Clinical Research for Project Director candidates.
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Clinical project management experience at the PM or PD level is primarily sought.
Experience with hiring, terminations, performance evaluations, and staff training and development for Project Director roles.
