Description

  • Develop, refine, and calibrate rating algorithms, methodologies, and donation-weight normalization.
  • Build ratings across multiple dimensions, from global and regional scales to niche professional segments.
  • Organize and automate data collection from external sources.
  • Design integrations that enrich and expand the rating databases.
  • Translate product requirements into mathematical models, algorithms, data pipelines, and automation.
  • Implement and coordinate AI agents for data labeling, classification, and routine process automation.
  • Work directly with the CEO and CTO to operationalize algorithmic and data-driven product work.

Requirements

  • Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, probability theory, graph theory, and ranking/scoring algorithms.
  • Preferred academic background from MSU, MIPT, HSE, SPbSU, ITMO, Bauman MSTU, or an equivalent level of rigorous preparation.
  • Experience with databases, data architecture design, Python, and SQL.
  • Proven ability to independently translate product requirements into mathematical models and production-ready code.
  • Clear understanding that AI is a practical tool for data processing and automation.
  • Readiness to learn and master tools for AI agents and LLM integrations under CTO mentorship.
  • Systemic understanding of data architecture.
  • Based in Europe or CIS outside of Russia and Belarus.
