Description

  • Lead and independently own day-to-day execution and operational management of the MSSP Quality program, including inter-team coordination across Provider Networks and Product.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MSSP Quality, managing and resolving field queries from practices, IPAs, ACO leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting and status updates to senior and practice leadership (weekly and as needed).
  • Conduct in-depth policy research with the regulatory team and provide timely guidance relevant to MSSP strategy and compliance.
  • Develop multi-year strategies for MSSP Quality performance (PY2026, PY2027, and beyond) in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Design and lead risk mitigation initiatives, including policy advocacy, technical solutioning, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Perform robust industry and programmatic analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in MSSP Quality performance.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Analytics, Policy, the Field, and other teams to collect feedback and drive process improvements.
  • Adapt to evolving organizational priorities by taking on additional duties as needed to support MSSP Quality objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working in HEDIS Quality-related work, preferably including the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP).
  • Expert-level understanding of MSSP quality program policies and measures.
  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence (described as 90th percentile or better) and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relentless, data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management.
  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Experience with sophisticated analytic methods and tools (e.g., SQL) — preferred.
  • Technical experience with EHR integrations or other data source integrations — preferred.
  • Expertise in healthcare policy — preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with up to 10% travel and tolerate prolonged periods of desk/computer work.
