Description

  • Prepare and manage print-ready files across multiple formats, including large-format and out-of-home applications.
  • Produce accurate mechanicals from existing design concepts and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure files meet production standards for specs, color, bleed, resolution, and vendor submission requirements.
  • Manage color accurately across print workflows, including CMYK, Pantone, and spot colors.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and production partners to ensure files are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Maintain organized, clearly labeled file systems and production documentation.
  • Support creative and design teams from initial file setup through final delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and account managers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Deep production craft with strong attention to detail across typography, color, spacing, and layout accuracy.
  • Significant out-of-home production experience.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Highly organized approach to file management and documentation.
  • Understanding of the full print production process and ability to apply sound creative judgment.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to respond constructively to feedback.
  • Ability to adapt and stay composed while managing multiple deliverables with shifting timelines.
  • Proactive mindset focused on catching errors and preventing production issues.
  • Remote work available for candidates located in the United States only.
  • Freelance commitment from 6.10 to 7.17.
