Description

  • Create high-quality visual assets across multiple brands and marketing channels.
  • Design YouTube thumbnails, podcast graphics, and video cover images.
  • Create event graphics for webinars, launches, workshops, and live sessions.
  • Design social media carousels for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Develop logos, brand marks, and visual identity assets.
  • Produce graphics for full marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Support visual updates and design adjustments for landing pages as needed.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple brands while following established brand guidelines.
  • Manage file organization and asset delivery efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with video editors, social media managers, and other creative team members.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts, and help improve creative assets, campaign performance, processes, and SOPs.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience creating marketing assets across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience working with Real Estate, AI, Technology, or other premium brands is a plus.
  • Experience making visual adjustments to landing pages is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional design work.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs.
  • Advanced proficiency with graphic design tools and creative software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
